These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of xtcsearchflights.com and any booking made through XTC Search Flights Travel LLC (“XTC Search Flights,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, calling our reservation line, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
XTC Search Flights is an independent online travel agency. We arrange cruise bookings on your behalf with third-party cruise lines and, where applicable, airlines, hotels and ground transport suppliers (“Suppliers”). We are not the Supplier of the cruise, flight, hotel or transport itself. Your cruise contract is with the cruise line, and the cruise line’s own terms and conditions, ticket contract, and fare rules govern your sailing, including boarding requirements, itinerary changes, and onboard conduct.
We may charge a disclosed service fee for booking assistance, date changes, or cancellation processing. Service fees are quoted to you before being charged, are separate from cruise line fare rules and penalties, and are non-refundable once the service has been performed, except as required by law.
Deposits and final payments are due according to the schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the cruise line’s final payment date may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposit under the Supplier’s own policy.
Cancellations, date changes and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the fare rules of the cruise line you booked. Some promotional fares are non-refundable and non-changeable; this will be disclosed to you before booking.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, health documentation, or entry requirements applicable to your itinerary. We can advise on general requirements but do not guarantee entry into any country or vessel; final admission decisions rest with government authorities and the cruise line.
We recommend optional travel protection to cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses and baggage. Travel protection plans are underwritten by third-party insurers and are subject to their own terms, exclusions and claim procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTC Search Flights acts only as a booking agent and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of any Supplier, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, or ground transport operators. Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the service fees we charged for that booking.
You agree not to misuse this website, including submitting false booking information, attempting to access other users’ data, or interfering with site security. Content on this site, including text, graphics and the XTC Search Flights name and logo, is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or booking of new travel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
